Dodajte 1 mali luk, jaja i prezle. Dobro izmijesite, poklopite i ostavite u fri\u017eideru 1 sat. Krompir i drugu glavicu luka krupnije isijecite, stavite u pleh, dodajte 30 ml maslinovog ulja, kukuruzni skrob, parmezan, so, biber, crvenu papriku i origano. Dobro izmije\u0161ajte. Preko toga re\u0111amo c\u0301ufte koje formiramo od mljevenog mesa, stavljajuc\u0301i u sredinu par\u010de sira. Dodajte pivo, pokrijte tepsiju folijom. Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni na 220\u00b0C 40 minuta. Nakon \u0161to skinete foliju, c\u0301ufte prema\u017eite sa malo maslinovog ulja u kome smo rastvorili 1\/2 ka\u0161i\u010dice crvene paprike.
