Dodati mleko (300 ml) i sve lepo prome\u0161ati.<br \/>\nStaviti ostatak mleka (700 ml) i \u0161e\u0107er da prokuvaju.<br \/>\nKad mleko prokuva, smanjiti temperaturu ringle i usuti smesu sa grizom me\u0161aju\u0107i neprestano. Kuvati oko 3-4 minuta, me\u0161aju\u0107i neprestano, dok se ne zgusne. Skloniti \u0161erpu sa ringle pa ume\u0161ati rendanu koru pomorand\u017ee.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se prohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Procediti sve\u017ee isce\u0111en sok od pomorand\u017ee.<br \/>\nUmutiti puter do kremaste teksture. Postepeno dodati smesu sa grizom.<br \/>\nUmutiti slatku pavlaku. Postepeno dodati \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Koriste\u0107i spatulu, ume\u0161ati \u010dokoladu za kuvanje.<br \/>\nPotapati keks u sok od pomorand\u017ee na 2 sekunde, otresti vi\u0161ak soka pa pore\u0111ati prvi red keksa u pravougaoni oblik, u modlu ili pleh dimenzija 28 x 18 cm, u 4 reda po 4,5 keksa. Poslednji keks u svakom redu prepoloviti da bi se uklopio.<br \/>\nPreko keksa naneti polovinu griz krema, a preko griza polovinu slatke pavlake.<br \/>\nPore\u0111ati drugi red keksa (svaki opet prvo potopiti u sok).
