Dobro sjedinite. Zatim dodajte bra\u0161no, so i pra\u0161ak za pecivo i umesite testo. Malo nauljite i ostavite da odmori 3 sata, naravno pokriveno. Premesite testo, pa podelite na 4 jednaka dela. Oblikujte loptice, pokrijte i ostavite da odmore 5 minuta. Razvucite testo, prema\u017eite istopljenim puterom i isecite trouglove. Napravite manji rez na svakom trouglu od u\u017eeg ka \u0161irem delu (pogledaj sliku). Urolajte. Pore\u0111ajte u pleh oblo\u017een pek papirom i ostavite da odmore pola sata. Umutite \u017eumance sa malo mleka i prema\u017eite kiflice, pa pospite susamom.
