(RECEPT)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Potrebno za tijesto:<br \/>\n1.1 kg bra\u0161na<br \/>\n500 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n300 ml ulja<br \/>\n2 jaja<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika soli<br \/>\n50 gr svje\u017eeg kvasca<br \/>\n1 jaje (za premazivanje)<br \/>\nsezam za posipanje<br \/>\n1 margarin<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>U mlako mlijeko stavite kvasac, prstohvat soli i \u0161e\u0107era i ostavite da \u201cnado\u0111e\u201d. U vanglicu sjediniti ulje, jaja, \u0161e\u0107er i sol, a onda dodajte i mlijeko sa \u201cnado\u0161lim\u201d kvascem. Bra\u0161nom zamijesite tijesto i ostavite 30 minuta na toplom mjestu da \u201cnado\u0111e\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNado\u0161lo\u201d tijesto podijeliti na tri dijela. Svaki dio posebno razvucite oklagijom u krug promjera 45 cm. Sa no\u017eem nare\u017eite na 12 dijelova ili 16 ako \u017eelite manje kiflice. 50 gr od margarina istopite i uz pomo\u0107 \u010detkice prema\u017eite svaki trokut, a onda urolajte kiflice. Sla\u017eite na pleh na koji ste prije toga izrendali margarin (oko 75 gr) i ostavite jo\u0161 30 minuta na toplom mjestu.<\/p>\n<p>Kiflice prema\u017eite sa umu\u0107enim jajetom i pospite sezamom.
