Tokom godina, isprobala sam ih jos puno, ali ovome se uvek vracam i jednostavno nam je naj-naj.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 225 g putra<br \/>\n\u2013 250 g secera<br \/>\n\u2013 1 vanil-secer<br \/>\n\u2013 5-6 jaja (zavisno od velicine)<br \/>\n\u2013 450 g brasna<br \/>\n\u2013 50 g oguljenog mlevenog badema<br \/>\n\u2013 1 prasak za pecivo<br \/>\n\u2013 malko soli<br \/>\n\u2013 330 ml mleka<br \/>\n\u2013 2 kasike gorkog kakaa<br \/>\n\u2013 3 kasike secera<br \/>\n\u2013 malo cimeta (stavim 1\/2 kasicice)<br \/>\n\u2013 3-4 kasike mleka<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Pripremiti sve satojke i sacekati da budu sobne temperature. U velikoj zdeli penasto umutiti putar sa secerom i vanilijom. Postepeno dodavati jaja. Izmesati brasno, badem i prasak za pecivo i postepeno dodavati putru, naizmenicno s mlekom.<\/p>\n<p>2\/3 smese izliti u kalup za kuglof (namazan putrom i posut brasnom). Kakao, secer i cimet izmesati i sa malo mleka glatko izmesati. Dodati u preostalu trecinu smese i dobro izmesati, da se ujednaci boja.<\/p>\n<p>Izruciti preko svetle smese u kalupu i malo viljuskom promesati. Peci na 175\u00b0C, 50-60 minuta. Proverite cackalicom. Kod mene se pece 60 min. Gotov kolac ostaviti nekoliko minuta u kalupu, pa preokrenuti na tanjir za serviranje.
