U mljeveno meso dodajte za\u010dine, bijeli luk, per\u0161un i dobro promije\u0161ajte. Procijedite crni luk i dodajte ga u smjesu sa mesom. Dobro sjedinite, pa rukama vadite i oblikujte loptice, a zatim i dobro spljo\u0161tite.
