U zagrijanom ( ne jako vru\u0107em ulju) u manjoj dubljoj zdjeli pecite mi\u0161i\u0107e .<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto vaditi s malom \u010dajnom \u017elicom, spustiti tik do ulja, pomo\u0107i si (pogurnuti) drugom \u017elicom ili prstom.<br \/>\nNije ih potrebno okretati, sami se okrenu. Vaditi ih \u0161upljom ve\u0107om kuha\u010dom na papirnati ubrus, kada se malo ohlade posipajte \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n<p>Mi\u0161i\u0107i ne upijaju masno\u0107u (zbog alkohola) pa su lagani. Moze se staviti malo naribanih jabuka, grozdjica. Jako je vazno da ulje ne bude jako vruce jer ce izgoriti iz vana, najbolje je srednja temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete kombinirati i sa ra\u017eenim, integralnim bra\u0161nom. Umjesto ruma mo\u017ee rakija ili neki slatkasti liker.<br \/>\nMozete napraviti i kao muffins<br \/>\nDodajte kakao i imate kakao fritule<\/p>\n<p>Mali savjeti:<br \/>\nPeku se u manjoj zdjelici, najvi\u0161e 5-6 komada odjednom jer se tako izbjegava upijanje suvi\u0161ne masno\u0107e.<br \/>\nUlje mora biti vru\u0107e ali ne na najja\u010doj temperaturi.<br \/>\nAlkohol se stavlja jer sprje\u010dava upijanje ulja.
