Dodati suvi kvasac i sve jos jednom promesati ili, ako radite sa svezim kvascem, prethodno ga potopiti u malo toplog mleka sa kasicicom secera i ostaviti da se aktivira. U ciniju sa brasnom dodati jaja, belance, ulje i na kraju naliti toplo mleko te umesiti mekano testo.<\/p>\n<p>Ostaviti ga na toplom mestu da se udvostruci. Radnu povrsinu blago posuti brasnom, istresti nadoslo testo, lagano ga premesiti a zatim podeliti na 30-ak delova. Svaki komadic testa oblikovati u lopticu i sloziti na radnu povrsinu. Uzeti jednu lopticu, oklagijom je razviti po duzini a zatim urolati u kiflicu. Oblikovane kifle slagati u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje tako da spoj lezi na dnu. Ostaviti slozene kiflice u plehovima dok se rerna zagreva. Rernu ukljuciti da se zagreje na 200 stepeni.
