Pretpostavljam da je recept dobila od \u010dasne sestre u selu, pa ga je tako i zapisala. Mogu samo re\u0107i da je kola\u010d odli\u010dan. Pravljen od onog \u0161to su tada \u017eene imale u ku\u0107i, jednostavan i relativno brz. Ja sam ga pravila sino\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Biskvitne kore:<br \/>\n5 \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n20 dag \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n20 dag oraha<br \/>\n5 bjelanjaka \u2013 snije<br \/>\n4 male oblatne<\/p>\n<p>Fil:<br \/>\n20 dag putra<br \/>\n15 dag \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n2 \u017eumanjka<br \/>\n2 dl mlijeka<br \/>\n2-3 \u017elice skuhane kave<br \/>\n2 \u017elice bra\u0161na<br \/>\nmljeveni orasi za posipavanje<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Kore:<br \/>\n\u017dumanjke i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izraditi na pari dok se ne zgusnu (nekih 15 minuta).<br \/>\nBjelanjke izraditi u snijeg. Orahe samljeti.<br \/>\nNaizmjeni\u010dno u \u017eumanjke dodavati orahe i snijeg od bjelanjaka.<br \/>\nNamazati 4 male oblatne (ja sam imala velike, pa sam namazala dvije velike, pa ih prerezala) i kratko prope\u0107i na 150\u00b0C (oko 20-tak minuta).<\/p>\n<p>Fil:<br \/>\nPutar i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu (baka je napisala pra\u0161ni \u0161e\u0107er!) pjenasto izraditi i u to dodati 2 \u017eumanjka, pa opet dobro umutiti da se sve spoji.<br \/>\nOd 2 dl mlijeka odvojiti 1\/2 dl i u to primije\u0161ati bra\u0161no (da ne bude grudica) i kavu (ve\u0107 skuhanu, ne prah), a ostatak mlijeka staviti kuhati.<br \/>\nKad provri dodati bra\u0161no u mlijeko kao kad se pravi puding.
