Maslac rastopite pa pomije\u0161ajte s keksima. Na papiru za pe\u010denje obilje\u017eite olovkom veli\u010dinu gornjeg ruba pravokutnog kalupa veli\u010dine 26\u00d711 cm. Okrenite papir na drugu stranu pa od smrvljenog keksa s maslacem napravite podlogu manju od nacrtanog ruba. Utisnite smjesu. Lak\u0161e se radi dok se masa po\u010dne stezati. Pomozite si \u0161patulom za ravni rub. Masa \u0107e se lijepo stisnuti u fri\u017eideru nakon 20-30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Kalup navla\u017eite vodim pa stavite prijanjaju\u0107u prozirnu foliju.<br \/>\nNapravite \u0161lag mikserom. Pomije\u0161ajte sir sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom. Dodajte \u0161lag pa sjedinite miksanjem.<br \/>\nRastopite tamnu \u010dokoladu koju umiksajte u 1\/3 sir-\u0161lag smjese. Rasporedite na dno kalupa i poravnajte.<\/p>\n<p>Rastopite mlije\u010dnu \u010dokoladu pa umiksajte u drugu 1\/3 sir-\u0161lag smjese. Stavite na tamnu kremu i poravnajte.<br \/>\nSada rastopite bijelu \u010dokoladu dodajte u zadnju 1\/3 sir-\u0161laga, izmiksajte i nanesite na mlije\u010dnu kremu.<br \/>\nIzvadite podlogu iz fri\u017eidera, ukoliko je prevelika vilicom maknite vi\u0161ak keksa. Stavite podlogu na bijelu kremu, lagano pritisnite, pokrijte folijom i stavite u fri\u017eider barem 2-3 sata.<\/p>\n<p>Okrenite tortu na tanjur za serviranje.<\/p>\n<p>Rastopite tamnu \u010dokoladu i ukrasite tortu \u0161araju\u0107i \u017eli\u010dicom. Isto napravite i s bijelom \u010dokoladom. Ukoliko je \u010dokolada pretvrda, stavite malo maslaca kako bi dobili teku\u0107u smjesu koja mo\u017eete prelijevati po torti. Mo\u017eete si pomo\u0107i i \u0161pricom za \u0161lag s tankim nastavkom.<\/p>\n<p>Neka se \u010dokolada stisne 5 minuta u fri\u017eideru i torta je spremna za serviranje!<\/p>\n<p>Krema original: ukoliko vi\u0161e volite mlije\u010dno vrhnje za \u0161lag u koraku 3 dodajte \u017eelatinu u sir.
