U nado\u0161li kvasac sipati so, ulje i ostatak mlijeka i zamijesiti tijesto. Dobro ga izraditi da se dobije glatko tijesto koje se ne lijepi za posudu.<br \/>\nOstaviti na toplom da nadodje.<\/p>\n<p>Nado\u0161lo tijesto premijesiti na pobra\u0161njenoj radnoj povr\u0161ini , podijeliti na 5 jednakih dijelova i od svakog napraviti lopticu. Ostaviti 10 min. da se odmore.<br \/>\nSvaku lopticu rastanjiti veli\u010dine plitkog tanjira, 4 premazati omek\u0161alim margarinom i slagati jednu na drugu, i na kraju staviti petu nepremazanu.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto zatim rastanjiti u krug pre\u010dnika do 45 cm. Od kruga isje\u0107i obru\u010d oko 2-3 cm \u0161irine.<br \/>\nPreostali krug isje\u0107i na 16 jednakih dijeliva.<br \/>\nUvijati, ali ne kao kiflice, nego da se ide ravno uz jednu stranicu trougla.<br \/>\nRedati u tepsiju, premazanu uljem ili margarinom, \u0161irom stranom uz ivicu.<br \/>\nTepsija u kojoj sam pekla je 26 cm pre\u010dnik.<\/p>\n<p>Obru\u010d isje\u010di na 4 jednaka dijela, Praviti ruzice i stavljati u sredinu posude.<br \/>\nOstaviti na toplom da nadodje, premazati umu\u0107enim zumancem, posuti susamom i pe\u0107i na 200 C, kad po\u010dne da rumeni smanjiti na 180 i pe\u0107i do kraja, oko 45 min.<\/p>\n<p>Bilo je pitanja mo\u017ee li se tijesto zamijesiti uve\u010de pa ujutro samo staviti pe\u0107i. MO\u017dE. Zamijesila sam tijesto uve\u010de, kad je nado\u0161lo slo\u017eila sam poga\u010du, ostavila OBAVEZNO da i u tepsiji naraste, prekrila prozirnom folijom, i stavila u fri\u017eider na najni\u017eu pre\u010dku. Ujutro sam izvadila, ostavila 30-ak minuta na sobnoj temperaturi, premazala \u017eumancetom, posula susamom, stavila pe\u0107i i bila je jednako bobra kao da je samo slo\u017eena.<\/p>\n<p>Mali savjet kod pe\u010denja, po\u0161to se tijesto mijesi mlijekom, brzo preplane.
