Lagano izmiksati. Posebno umutiti bijelanca i pazljivo ih dodati prethodnoj smijesi lagano mijesajuci (ne miksati!). Peci smijesu.<br>\nPleh: okrugli 35cm.<br>\nFIL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prosijati gustin i dodati pudinge i secer i to umutiti sa oko 1 dl (mozda i malo vise) hladnog mlijeka. Ostatak mlijeka(7dl) zagrijati na sporetu i dodati prethodnu smjesu. Uz stalno mijesanje skuhati fil i skinuti sa sporeta te ostaviti da se ohladi(prekriti povr\u0161inu fila sa prozirnom folijom).<br>\nPosebno umutiti maslac i dodati mu ohladjen fil, a svemu dodati i istopljenu bijelu cokoladu.<br>\nKada se kora potpuno ohladi za kruzenje kore ja koristim okruglu casicu d=4.2cm, i svaku prerezem horizontalno na 2 dijela (nekad i na 3 dijela ako je deblja kora).<br>\nFil ostavim malo u frizider da se stegne (da se lakse filuje).<br>\nSvaku kapicu filovati i uvaljati u kokos sa strana. Gornja povrsina se ne filuje, na nju se stavlja glazura od cokolade po zelji.
