Neka smjesa odstoji 15-tak minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Od 1 litre mlijeka odvojiti 100 ml. Ostatak staviti u ve\u0107i lonac da se kuha. Odvojenu koli\u010dinu mlijeka pomije\u0161ati sa prahom za puding i sa 10 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era pa sve zajedno ukuhati u kipu\u0107e mlijeko. Mije\u0161ati nekoliko minuta dok se puding ne skuha. U jo\u0161 vru\u0107i kuhani puding umije\u0161ati kiselo vrhnje, te dobro promije\u0161ati kako bi se krema lijepo sjedinila. Uz mije\u0161anje hladiti nekoliko minuta kako se na vrhu ne bi napravila ona nezgodna korica koju puding prilikom hla\u0111enja voli stvoriti<\/p>\n<p>Na kuhinjsku krpu slagati koru po koru, za svaku savija\u010du po 4 komada, a izme\u0111u svake kore premazati po 5 \u017elica nadjeva koji ste prethodno pripemili od jaja, grisa i \u0161e\u0107era. Kada stavite zadnju 4. koru ne stavljajte nadjev od grisa nego je obilato prema\u017eite kuhanim i prohla\u0111enim pudingom. Rubne strane kora savinite prema unutra i uz pomo\u0107 krpe zarolajte savija\u010du. Isti postupak ponovite sa ostatkom kora. Dobit \u0107ete na ovaj na\u010din ukupno 3 savija\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Slo\u017eite savija\u010de u lim preko papira za pe\u010denje, prema\u017eite ih ostatkom nadjeva od jaja i grisa, pa pecite u pe\u0107nici na 180\u00baC 30 minuta.<br \/>\nSavija\u010da je gotova kada dobije lijepu zlatno \u017eutu boju.<br \/>\nIzre\u017eite na komade \u017eeljene veli\u010dine i poslu\u017eite posipano \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.
