{"id":13824,"date":"2022-06-29T10:58:34","date_gmt":"2022-06-29T10:58:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=13824"},"modified":"2022-06-29T10:58:34","modified_gmt":"2022-06-29T10:58:34","slug":"plazma-torta-sa-malinama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=13824","title":{"rendered":"PLAZMA TORTA SA MALINAMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kora (x3):<br \/>\n5 belanaca<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika mlevene plazme<\/p>\n<p>Fil sa plazmom:<br \/>\n15 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n250 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 kesice pudinga sa ukusom vanile<br \/>\n375 g margarina ili maslaca<br \/>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n200 g \u010dokolade<br \/>\n450 g mlevene plazme<br \/>\n1100 ml mleka<\/p>\n<p>Fil sa malinama:<br \/>\n500 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 ml vode<br \/>\n1-1,2 kg malina (sve\u017eih ili smrznutih)<br \/>\n3 kesice pudinga od maline<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti belanca u \u010dvrst \u0161ne, pa dodati \u0161e\u0107er i sve zajedno mutiti mikserom. Zatim dodati mlevenu plazmu, pa polako prome\u0161ati varja\u010dom da se sastojci sjedine.<\/p>\n<p>Koru pe\u0107i u rerni prethodno zagrejanoj na 200 C nekih 15-ak minuta (odnosno dok kora lepo ne porumeni i dok se ne odvoji od stranica pleha). Napraviti tri ovakve kore.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dumanca umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom, pa dodati puding i 1 dl mleka. Litar mleka staviti da se kuva, pa kad proklju\u010da ukuvati umu\u0107ena \u017eumanca (kao puding). Fil ostaviti da se ohladi. U me\u0111uvremenu penasto umutiti margarin sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, pa sjediniti sa ohla\u0111enim filom.<br \/>\nSve zajedno mutiti mikserom da se dobije kremasta masa.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladu otopiti pa dodati u fil. Izmiksati, pa dodati i mlevenu plazmu. Sve zajedno umutiti (da se sastojci sjedine) pa podeliti na tri dela.<\/p>\n<p>U \u0161erpu sipati vodu, pa dodati \u0161e\u0107er i staviti na ringlu da proklju\u010da i kuvati jo\u0161 nekoliko minuta, dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi. Zatim dodati maline i kuvati sve zajedno dok ne proklju\u010da, pa ukuvati puding od maline koji je prethodno razmu\u0107en sa malo vode. Gotov fil ostaviti da ohladi, pa podeliti na dva dela.<\/p>\n<p>Filovati tortu: Na tacnu staviti koru, pa premazati tre\u0107inom fila od plazme.<br \/>\nPreko ovog fila namazati jednu polovinu fila od malina.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim staviti drugu koru pa fil od plazme i preko fil od malina. Staviti i tre\u0107u koru i premazati filom od plazme.
