Posebno istucite \u017eumanjak sa \u0161e\u0107erima, bra\u0161nom, uljem i vodom.<br \/>\nPosebno istucite bjelanjak. Lagano ga umije\u0161ajte u pripremljenu smjesu. Izlijte u kalup, pecite oko 15 minuta dok \u010da\u010dkalica ne iza\u0111e suha.<br \/>\nPripremite si preljev za biskvit tako \u0161to \u0107ete u par \u017elica vru\u0107e vode razmutiti malo kave i \u0161e\u0107era. Biskvit malo izbockajte i jo\u0161 ga vru\u0107eg prelijte pripremljenom kavom.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema kreme<br \/>\nNa pari istucite \u017eumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erima dok ne pobijele. Ostavite ih da se malo prohlade.<br \/>\nU ohla\u0111ene \u017eumanjke dodajte mascarpone, dobro izmje\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nSlatko vrhnje za \u0161lag izmiksajte i odvojite si oko 4-5 \u017elica za ukra\u0161avanje torte, ostatak umiksajte u smjesu \u017eumanjaka i sira.<\/p>\n<p>Slaganje torte<br \/>\nSkuhajte 2 dcl kave po \u017eelji, skuhanoj kavi dodajte malo ruma ili rum \u0161e\u0107era.<br \/>\nNa biskvit prema\u017eite malo kreme, pi\u0161kote utopite u kavu pa posla\u017eite po kremi. Preko pi\u0161kota opet prema\u017eite kremu, ponovite s pi\u0161kotama, pa opet s kremom.
