Dobro izme\u0161ati, te umesiti u glatko testo i ostaviti poklopljeno stre\u010d folijom negde na toplo mesto da testo naraste (nekih sati\u0107ak vremena). Naraslo testo podeliti na desetak jufkica i oblikovati ih u loptice. Loptice mo\u017eete takodje pokriti stre\u010d folijom, da se ne su\u0161e. Na bra\u0161nom posutoj podlozi razvijati svaku lopticu u krug, premazati ga po sredini kiselom pavlakom, rasporediti na jednu polovinu \u0161unku, preliti je ke\u010dapom, posuti origanom, bosiljkom i nanom, te od gore jo\u0161 posuti narendanom gaudom (ili nekim drugim tvrdim sirom).<\/p>\n<p>Rubove kruga premazati vodom, kako bi se bolje zalepili. Preklopiti, te pritisnuti krajeve da se zalepe. Tako poklopljeno testo, ponovo premazati po ivicama, te ih uvijati u spiralu (a ovo i ne morate, samo lep\u0161e izgleda). Pripremljene calzone sla\u017eite u tepsiju na papir za pe\u010denje, ivice prema\u017eite mekim margarinom iz kutije, mo\u017eete malo i od gore na calzone. Pecite ih na 230\u00b0C nekih petnaestak minuta, tj. dok ne porumene.
