Pripremiti 400 grama brasna, staviti ulje i pripremljeni kvasac.<br \/>\nSa ostatkom mlakog mlijeka zamjesiti glatko tijesto. Sa ostatkom brasna umijesiti tijesto do zeljene gustine.<\/p>\n<p>Ostaviti tijesto na toplom da se digne. Dignuto tijesto podijeliti na 2 lopte.<br \/>\nSvaku loptu razvuci u pravokutnik. Pomjesati sir sa vrhnjem i snijegom od 2 bjelanca.<br \/>\nPo sredini namazati sa polovinom pripremljenog sira. Zavrnuti krace rubove 2 cm preko fila i isjeci sa obe strane trake sirine 2 cm.<br \/>\nPreklapati ukrizeno trake preko fila. Kada je pletenica zavrsena sloziti u uljem podmazanu tepsiju.<br \/>\nPostupak ponoviti sa oba tijesta.
