U maloj zdijelici razmutiti jaja i sol te dodati u smijesu. Tako\u0111e nasuti i ulje i opet sve lijepo sjediniti te potom dodati i drugu polovicu bra\u0161na pa sve zajedno umijesiti sa \u017elicom ili sa mikserom u prili\u010dno gusto i ljepljivo tijesto.<\/p>\n<p>Posuti malo bra\u0161nom, pokriti suhom krpom te ostaviti na toplom mijestu da odstoji dok tijesto ne dobije duplu masu na volumenu, nekih 30-ak minuta.<br \/>\nNa radnu povr\u0161inu posutu bra\u0161nom istresti tijesto, malo ga premijesiti, posuti malo bra\u0161nom, te razviti na 1 cm debljine.<\/p>\n<p>Modlom (\u010da\u0161om) \u017eeljene veli\u010dine iskru\u017eiti krofne. Preostalo tijesto ponovo premijesiti, razviti pa isije\u0107i dok ne potro\u0161ite svo tijesto.<br \/>\nIsije\u010dene krofne slagati na tacnu ili lim za pe\u010denje posut bra\u0161nom. Kada su sve krofne isje\u010dene prekriti \u010distom kuhinjskom krpom, te ih ostaviti da se odmore 20-ak minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Ugrijati ulje na srednjoj temperaturi.<br \/>\nKrofne stavljati u tavicu tako da ona strana koja je bila na limu za pe\u010denje dolje u tavici bude gore. Pe\u0107i na srednjoj temperaturi u prethodno zagrijanom ulju.<\/p>\n<p>Kada porumene okrenuti i zape\u0107i ih i sa druge strane.
