U ostalo toplo mlijeko staviti maslac<br \/>\nizrezan na listi\u0107e da se lagano stopi.<\/p>\n<p>Promje\u0161ajte bijelo (450 g) i kukuruzno bra\u0161no, dodati um\u0107eni \u017eumanjak, sol, toplo mlijeko s maslacem i nadignutu germu. Mje\u0161ati kuha\u010dom dok se mo\u017ee a onda prebaciti na radnu povr\u0161inu.<br \/>\nMijesiti rukama dodavaju\u0107i onaj ostatak bijelog bra\u0161na (25 g ili cca dvije \u017elice koje ste prije izdvojili). Tijesto vrlo brzo postane podatno i nije ljepljivo.<\/p>\n<p>Napomena: umejsto \u017eumanjka koje ide u tijesto, probala sam sa dve \u017elice maslinovog ulja, odli\u010dno i tako!<br \/>\nStaviti u \u010distu zdjelu posipanu bra\u0161nom, prekriti krpom i staviti 60 min da se di\u017ee na toplom. (obi\u010dno ugrijem pe\u010dnicu na vrlo mla\u010dno i tu se di\u017ee tijesto)<\/p>\n<p>Nakon 60 min tijesto lagano premjesiti, podjeliti u dva dijela, svaki razvaljati na pola cm tanko 30\u00d740.<br \/>\nPremazati \u017elicom senfa , posipati suncokretove sjemenke, na to slagati \u0161unku, pa naribani sir , zarolati i rezati na koluti\u0107e 2, 5 cm debele. Od svakog dijela dobit \u0107ete 16 pu\u017ei\u0107a za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Poslagati pu\u017ei\u0107e na pek papir, prekriti prozirnom folijom i pustiti da se malo dignu, 5-10 min.
