Mije\u0161ati dok se ne dobije ujedna\u010dena masa.<br \/>\nPleh veli\u010dine 40 x 25 cm podmazati margarinom i posuti bra\u0161nom. U pleh nanijeti masu za koru i fino poravnati.<br \/>\nPe\u0107i u prehodno zagrijanoj rerni na 180 stepeni C oko 15 minuta.<br \/>\nVoditi ra\u010duna da kora ostane svijetla i da se ne prepe\u010de.<br \/>\nVru\u0107u i pe\u010denu koru izbockati vilju\u0161kom i preliti sa 300 ml hladnog mlijeka, a zatim ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010dinjemo sa pripremom kreme.<br \/>\nUmutiti \u017eumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom, dodati bra\u0161no i 100 ml mlijeka<br \/>\nPreostalih 400 ml mlijeka staviti na \u0161poret da prokuha.
