Mutiti mikserom jo\u0161 malo, pa dodati kokosovo bra\u0161no i p\u0161eni\u010dno bra\u0161no izme\u0161ano sa malo pra\u0161ka za pecivo. Sad me\u0161ati \u0161patulom, polako i strpljivo (bez miksera).<br \/>\nStaviti da se pe\u010de u rernu zagrejanu na 200 stepeni, i odmah smanjiti na 180. Ispe\u0107i koru, paze\u0107i da ostane bela (to traje petnaestak minuta).<br \/>\nOstaviti ispe\u010denu koru da se ohladi, pa je preliti sa 2 dl vrelog mleka.<\/p>\n<p>Fil:<br \/>\nU \u010diniji dobro izme\u0161ati 6 \u017eumanaca, 2 kesice pudinga od vanile, 4 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na, 15 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era i 2 dl mleka.<br \/>\n8 dl mleka staviti da provri, pa kad provri dodati mu masu od \u017eumanaca i skuvati je (par minuta). Ostaviti da se ohladi.<br \/>\nKad se ova smesa ohladila, izme\u0161ati je sa maslacem i margarinom (prethodno dobro umu\u0107enim).
