RECEPT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ovom receptu ni ja ne znam ime. Nazvala sam ga po jednoj dragoj \u017eeni, mojoj<br \/>\nbiv\u0161oj susjedi koja mi ga je i dala. Ukoliko imate u obitelji dijabeti\u010dara, mo\u017ee<br \/>\nse koristiti neko punjenje za dijabeti\u010dare po\u0161to u tijestu nema \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nTijesto<br \/>\n1 kg bra\u0161na<br \/>\n500 gr margarina<br \/>\n4 dcl kiselog vrhnja (pavlake)<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<\/p>\n<p>Ostalo<br \/>\n200 gr pekmeza od \u0161ljiva<br \/>\njedan \u017eutanjak<br \/>\n\u0161e\u0107er u prahu za posipanje<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\n1. Tijesto:<br \/>\nZamijesiti tijesto. Najprije omek\u0161ali margarin mije\u0161ati sa bra\u0161nom i soli tako da se<br \/>\nmargarin smrvi do kraja pa tek kad je to sve dobro izmije\u0161ano \u2013 usitnjeno.. dodati jedno<br \/>\nvrhnje, mije\u0161ati (ja to radim sa mikserom) i usput uzimati \u0161to vi\u0161e bra\u0161na kako bi se<br \/>\ndobila kompaktna smjesa, zatim dodati drugo kiselo vrhnje i to u dio koji je ostao<br \/>\nbra\u0161nast. Uz malo strpljenja, mijesiti ili miksati nastavkom za tijesto dok ne postane<br \/>\nkompaktno. Ostaviti ga u hladnjaku dva sata ili bolje preko no\u0107i !!<\/p>\n<p>2. Kad se izvadi iz hladnjaka, ovu koli\u010dinu podijeliti na dva dijela. Uzeti prvi dio i tanko<br \/>\nrazvaljati , ali pripaziti da bude vi\u0161e pravokutnik a ne krug. Zatim paralelno na suprotne<br \/>\ndu\u017ee strane mazati pekmez, preklopiti jednom i tanko namazati razmu\u0107enim \u017eutanjkom<br \/>\npa preklopiti jo\u0161 nednom i odrezati te malo pomaknuti ili prebaciti sve na jednu stranu.<br \/>\nPostupak nastaviti sve dok se ne potro\u0161i tijesto. Isto ponoviti i sa drugom polovicom<br \/>\ntijesta.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dobivene rolice staviti jednu do druge i rezati keksi\u0107e duljine 3-4 cm i to sve zajedno<br \/>\njer je tako puno br\u017ee. U plehu je dovoljno ostaviti samo minimalni razmak. Pe\u0107i na 200<br \/>\nst.C oko 15 minuta, \u010dim po\u010dnu dobivati malo boje treba ih izvaditi.<\/p>\n<p>4. Jo\u0161 tople posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nOd ovog tijesta se mogu raditi i kiflice ili neki drugi oblici.
