{"id":13048,"date":"2022-05-11T07:15:25","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T07:15:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=13048"},"modified":"2022-05-11T07:15:25","modified_gmt":"2022-05-11T07:15:25","slug":"savrsene-slatke-kiflice-ne-znate-sta-propustate-zaista-su-fenomenalne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=13048","title":{"rendered":"SAVR\u0160ENE SLATKE KIFLICE (NE ZNATE \u0160TA PROPU\u0160TATE ZAISTA SU FENOMENALNE)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Od kada sam otkrila ovo testo, najbolje mi je za sve vrste slatkih peciva\u2026sva\u0161ta se od njega mo\u017ee napraviti.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nSastojci za starter:<br \/>\n100 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n250 ml toplog mleka<br \/>\n7 g suvog ili 20 g sve\u017eeg kvasca<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica meda<\/p>\n<p>sastojci za testo:<br \/>\n450 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica vanile ili 1 kesica vanilinog \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n50 g kisele pavlake ili gustog jogurta<br \/>\nkorica i sok od 1 pomorand\u017ee<br \/>\n100 g<br \/>\nputera<\/p>\n<p>i jo\u0161:<br \/>\n200 g \u010dokolade, nutela ili d\u017eem<br \/>\nprah \u0161e\u0107er<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nU vanglicu prosejati 100 g bra\u0161na a posebno prosejati preostalo bra\u0161no i u tih 100 g bra\u0161na ( ja sam koristila bra\u0161no za hleb, mislim da je to meko bra\u0161no ) dodati toplo,ali ne i vru\u0107e,mleko, ka\u0161i\u010dicu meda i kvasac,prome\u0161ati i ostaviti da kvasac po\u010dne da radi.<\/p>\n<p>Kad se kvasac podigao dodati \u0161e\u0107er, prstohvat soli jaje,koricu i sok od pomorand\u017ee, vanilu,pavlaku i prome\u0161ati ( ja koristim mikser sa spiralnim nastavcima i sada, dodavati po 100 g bra\u0161na i mutiti ili mesiti sve dotle dok testo ne po\u010dne da se odvaja od stranica vanglice i na kraju dodati malo po malo omek\u0161ali puter, ise\u010den na kockice i mutiti tako dok se sav puter ne sjedini sa testom\u2026.otprilike celokupni proces me\u0161enja testa mikserom traje od 10 do 15 minuta,\u0161to se testo bolje umesi, pecivo \u0107e biti bolje.<\/p>\n<p>Isipati testo na radnu povr\u0161inu, premesiti ga ru\u010dno, oblikovati loptu i vratiti nazad u vanglicu, testo i dno vanglice blago pobra\u0161niti.Pokriti sa providnom folijom i ostaviti da stoji u fri\u017eideru 4 sata ili, ako ho\u0107ete,umesite testo i ostavite ga preko no\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Ohla\u0111eno testo podeliti na 18 loptica ili kolike kiflice volite da vam budu (ve\u0107e\/manje ) Po \u017eelji, mo\u017eete testo rastanjiti u veliki krug podeliti na 16 ili 20 truglova i praviti klasi\u010dne kiflice\u2026meni se ovako vi\u0161e svi\u0111aju.<\/p>\n<p>Blago pobra\u0161niti radnu povr\u0161inu ( ako je potrebno ) i rastanjiti testo u tanji pravougaonik na po\u010detku staviti \u010dokoladu \/ nutelu \/ d\u017eem a drugi deo rase\u0107i na trakice..<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam imala vrlo malo preostalog putera, pa sam ga otopila i premazala testo, ne bih vam preporu\u010dila da to radite jer ove trakice klize sa testa kad zavijete u rolnicu,ja sam imala samo za dve, a ostale nisam premazivala\u2026 Testo mo\u017eete rase\u0107i i na ovaj na\u010din,meni je lep\u0161i ovaj prvi na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>Sve pripremljene kiflice staviti na pleh, koji ste prekrili papirom za pe\u010denje. Pokriti sa providnom folijom i ostaviti oko pola sata da se testo odmori i jo\u0161 malo naraste. Uklju\u010diti rernu na 175\u00b0C da se zagreje.
