Upravo je on i upotrebljen u studiji istra\u017eiva\u010da sa Univerziteta Pariz-Sakle koji su analizirali mogu\u0107nosti da se \u0161e\u0107er \u0161to prije snizi poslije jela.<\/p>\n<p>Ispitanicima su, poslije 100 grama hljeba, davali tri vrste napitka: jednima crni \u010daj, drugima vodu a tre\u0107ima sok od limuna. Rezultati su pokazali da najbr\u017ee dejstvo ima limunov sok, koji zna\u010dajno smanjuje glikemijski odgovor organizma. Prema studiji francuskih istra\u017eiva\u010da, nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi bio je manji za oko 30 odsto, u roku od 35 minuta. Oni isti\u010du da je time potvr\u0111en sli\u010dan efekat koji je zabele\u017een kod drugih kiselih pi\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>Zaklju\u010duju da se vrlo jednostavnim postupkom mo\u017eete se smanjiti uticaj ugljenih hidrata  na nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi &#8211; uklju\u010divanjem kiselih napitaka u obrok. Tako\u0111e, razlaganje na glukozu \u0107e se usporiti ako se uz hleb jede i neko vo\u0107e, pa \u010dak i povr\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo se naro\u010dito preporu\u010duje svima koji pate od dijabetesa 2.
