Probajte, ne\u0107ete se pokajati \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZa koru:<br \/>\n300g mlevenog keksa<br \/>\n125g maslaca<br \/>\n50-100ml hladnog mleka<\/p>\n<p>Za fil I:<br \/>\n450g Ella sira<br \/>\n500ml slatke pavlake<br \/>\n1 kesica \u017eelatina<br \/>\noko 200-230g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era + malo arome vanile po \u017eelji<br \/>\n1 kesica kremfixa<\/p>\n<p>Za fil II:<br \/>\n450g malina<br \/>\n2 kesice crvenog mlevenog \u017eelatina<br \/>\n4-5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nKeks, mleko i maslac koji je bio nekoliko sati na sobnoj temperaturi, umesiti rukama i u kalup utapkati rukama za podlogu. Slatku pavlaku umutiti mikserom sa kremfixom. U drugoj posudi umutiti sir sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom i ka\u0161ikicom arome vanile. Spojiti ove dve smese. \u017delatin preliti sa 4 ka\u0161ike hladne vode i ostaviti 10-tak minuta da nabubri. Zatim ga zagrevati na vatri do ta\u010dke klju\u010danja (ne sme da provri). <\/p>\n<p>Sipati u smesu sa sirom i slatkom pavlakom i izmiksati sve zajedno, zatim fil staviti preko kore. Maline (zajedno sa svojim sokom, ukoliko su pustile malo soka, dodati oko 2dcl vode) i \u0161e\u0107er staviti da prokuvaju oko 10-tak minuta. 2 kesice \u017eelatina preliti sa 8 ka\u0161ika hladne vode i ostaviti 10 minuta da nabubri. Zatim zagrevati do ta\u010dke vrenja, ali ne sme da proklju\u010da isto kao i u prethodnom postupku. Otopljen \u017eelatin dodati u posudu sa malinama i ostaviti oko sat vremena da se prohladi.
