Lagan za izradu i ne zahtjeva posebne kulinarske vje\u0161tine.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZa tijesto je potrebno:<br \/>\n7 komada bjelanjaka<br \/>\n5 komada \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n10 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 kesica peci pra\u0161ka<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike kakaoa<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na<br \/>\n6 ka\u0161ika mlake vode<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu je potrebno:<br \/>\n1 litra mlijeka<br \/>\n200 gr griza<br \/>\n100 gr margarina ili maslaca<br \/>\n2 komada \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n4 kesice vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 gr sitnog \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p>Glazura:<br \/>\n100 gr \u010dokolade za kuhanje<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike ulja<br \/>\n100 ml mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nTijesto:<br \/>\nRazdvojiti bjelance od \u017eumanjaka i umutiti u \u010dvrst snijeg (dodati malo soli radi dodatne \u010dvrsto\u0107e).<br \/>\nKada ste umutili bjelance polako dodati \u0161e\u0107er i mutiti dok se ne istopi tj. dok snijeg ne postane staklast.<br \/>\nU umu\u0107ene bjelanke dodati jedno po jedno \u017eumanjce ( 5 komada) mute\u0107i najmanjom brzinom.<br \/>\nU umu\u0107enu smjesu dodati mlaku vodu i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Iskju\u010diti mikser i dalje mutiti \u0161patulom ili drvenom ka\u0161ikom da se ne bi smjesa slegla tj. izgubila mjehuri\u0107e.<br \/>\nSjediniti bra\u0161no,kakao i pra\u0161ak za pecivo i dodati lagano smjesi mute\u0107i \u0161patulom dok se ne sjedini.<br \/>\nSmjesu pe\u0107i u okruglu ili \u010detvrtasti pleh oblo\u017een sa pek papirom ili premazan sa uljem i posut bra\u0161nom da se ne lijepi.<br \/>\nPe\u0107i na 180 stepeni oko 20-25 minuta zavisno od pe\u0107nice. Kad je pe\u010deno, izvaditi iz pe\u0107nice i ohladiti. Kad mlijeko provri umutiti griz (napraviti smjesu kao kad puding pravite). Ostaviti da se hladi.<br \/>\nKad se smjesa prohladila dodati maslac ili margarin i mje\u0161ati dok se ne istopi. U fil umje\u0161ati i \u0161e\u0107er a ako volite sla\u0111e, dodajte jo\u0161 malo.<br \/>\nUmutiti 2 \u017eumanjca sa dvije ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era na pari dok se ne po\u010dne smjesa zgru\u0161njavati. Smjesi od \u017eumanjaka dodati polako smjesu od griza lagano mute\u0107i mikserom paze\u0107i da se dobro umuti.
