Ove \u0161trudlice se prave uve\u010de a sutradan ujutru peku.<\/p>\n<p>Potrebno je:<br \/>\nZa testo:<br \/>\n180 gr masti<br \/>\n50 gr \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n1 dcl vode<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica suvog kvasca<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n50 gr kisele pavlake<br \/>\noko 470 gr bra\u0161na<\/p>\n<p>Za fil od oraha:<br \/>\n400 gr mlevenih oraha<br \/>\n300 gr \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u010dera<br \/>\n2 dcl toplog mleka<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica cimeta u prahu<\/p>\n<p>Za fil od maka:<br \/>\n400 gr mlevenog maka<br \/>\n300 gr \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n2 dcl mleka<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>U posudu staviti mast, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, mutiti da bude penasto, dodati 1 jaje,, suvi kvasac razmu\u0107en u vodi, kiselu pavlaku. Dobro umutiti mikserom, dodati bra\u0161no, zamesiti testo, izraditi i podeliti na 3 dela.<br \/>\nNapraviti fil od oraha. Mesto oraha mo\u017eemo napraviti fil i od mlevenog maka.<br \/>\nU posudu staviti mlevene orahe, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i cimet, preliti sa 2 dcl toplog mleka i dobro izme\u0161ati da se sjedini.<\/p>\n<p>Tri dela testa razvaljati tanko u plo\u010du veli\u010dine 38 x 25 cm, premazati ih filom od oraha, ostaviti 2 cm od ivice ne premazano. Saviti sa strane ( kra\u0107i deo) testo i urolati.<br \/>\nSve 3 \u0161trudlice staviti u kalup prethodno oblo\u017een papirom i na rastojanju jedna od druge 5 cm.<br \/>\nPremazati ih umu\u0107enim 1 \u017eumancetom i ostaviti na hladnom ( ne u fri\u017eideru) da stoje preko no\u0107i.<br \/>\nSutradan ujutru vilju\u0161kom umutiti 1 belance premazati \u0161trudlice preko premazanog \u017eumanceta ( preko no\u0107i se \u017eumance osu\u0161ilo).<br \/>\nOstaviti da stane 1 sat da se belance osu\u0161i. \u0160trudlice \u0161tapi\u0107em za ra\u017enji\u0107e izbockati do dna na rastojanju od 2 cm.<br \/>\nPe\u0107i na 180 stepeni 20 minuta.
