Umije\u0161ati tijesto: izmije\u0161ati sol i bra\u0161no pa nastaviti mije\u0161ati dodaju\u0107i polako ulje. Nakon ulja dodavati vino sve dok se ne dobije fino tijesto. Podijeliti ga na dva dijela i pokrivenog ostaviti da odstoji dok se ne pripremi nadjev. <\/p>\n<p>Pomije\u0161ati sitno nasjeckani \u0161pinat sa ricotta sirom. U ovom receptu koristila sam doma\u0107i ricotta sir koji sam radila po ovom receptu. \u0160pinatu i siru dodati jaje, sol i papar a zatim i naribani sir pa dobro promije\u0161ati sve sastojke u finu masu. Razvaljati obje polovine tijesta u kru\u017ene oblike promjera oko 30 cm. Na lim za pe\u010denje staviti papir za pe\u010denje a na njega prvo tijesto. Posipati ga kru\u0161nim mrvicama, ozna\u010diti prikladnim posudama krugove i u sredinu staviti prvi dio nadjeva (oblikovati malom zdjelicom). <\/p>\n<p>Zatim sve prekriti drugim tijestom kru\u017enog oblika. Sredinu pritisnuti priklanom posudom, obrezati vi\u0161ak tijesta na vanjskom rubi te rub po cijelom obodu pritisnuti vilicom. Maknuti posudu iz sredine pa kuhinjskim kota\u010di\u0107em (radlerom) napraviti krug s unutarnje strane vanjskog nadjeva. Zatim o\u0161trim no\u017eem od tog kruga prema van razrezati nadjeveno tijesto \u0161irine 3 cm. Sada ponovno u sredinu staviti prikladnu (ne\u0161to manju) posudu pa okretati svaki razrezani dio za 90 stupnjeva.
