Jaja umutiti pa sipati postepeno u prohla\u0111enu smjesu od bra\u0161na i neprekidno mutiti mikserom. Kad se masa ujedna\u010di pomo\u0107u \u0161prica stavljati krofne na podmazan pleh ili oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje. Ne smiju biti preblizu jer \u0107e narasti. Rernu zagrijati na 200 stepeni pa kad se krofne stave smanjiti na 180. Pe\u0107i da porumene oko 40 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Za vrijeme pe\u010denja rerna se ne smije otvarati. Za kremu u malo hladnog mlijeka razmutiti \u017eumanca i gustin, a ostalo mlijeko \u0161e\u0107er i vanil \u0161e\u0107er staviti da se kuva, kad prokuva sipati razmu\u0107enu smjesu sa gustinom i mije\u0161ati da se zgusne. U ohla\u0111enu kremu umije\u0161ati razmu\u0107eni margarin i sve dobro umutiti. Ohla\u0111ene krofne rasje\u0107i na pola stavljati kremu pa slatku pavlaku umu\u0107enu u \u0161lag i poklopiti gornjim dijelom krofne.
