Za to vrijeme povremeno promije\u0161ajte, a kad po\u010dne gusnuti mije\u0161ajte malo energi\u010dnije sve dok ne zakuha i bude gusta kao puding. (Kremu mo\u017eete raditi i klasi\u010dnim sistemom tako da sve sastojke umutite posebno s 200 ml mlijeka pa umije\u0161ajte u kipu\u0107ih 800 ml mlijeka.)<\/p>\n<p>Gotovu kremu ostavite da se hladi. Preporu\u010dujem da povr\u0161inu kreme prema\u017eete s kockicom margarina (odvojite od predvi\u0111enog za kremu) kako bi sprije\u010dili stvaranje korice. Prekrijte ju prozirnom folijom i ostavite da se hladi. U ohla\u0111enu dodajte pjenasto umu\u0107en margarin.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto i slaganje:<br \/>\nPrepecite lje\u0161njake u rerni (cca 8 minuta na 180 st.C), ohladite ih i protrljajte da im otpadne ko\u017eica. Nasjeckajte ih ili izlupajte batom za meso kako bi dobili manje komade.<br \/>\nNa dno kalupa za torte (26 cm) stavite masni papir te ga posipajte pripremljenim nasjeckanim prepr\u017eenim lje\u0161njacima.<\/p>\n<p>Bjelanjke tucite u \u010dvrsti snijeg, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i na kraju lagano dodajte bra\u0161no najmanjom brzinom miksera ili samo kuha\u010dom. Gotov snijeg rasporedite u kalup preko lje\u0161njaka pa stavite pe\u0107i u prethodno ugrijanu pe\u0107nicu 15 minuta na 180 st.C.dok tijesto dobije lagano boju. Pe\u010deno tijesto ostavite da se ohladi pa ga zatim preokrenite na pladanj tako da lje\u0161njaci budu s gornje strane.<\/p>\n<p>Preko lje\u0161njaka prema\u017eite nutellu, a na nju rasporedite natrgane kekse. Vratite obru\u010d pa preko keksa rasporedite polovinu gotove \u017eute kreme.<br \/>\nU preostali dio kreme dodajte rastopljenu \u010dokoladu, dobro promije\u0161ajte ili izmiksajte pa ju rasporedite preko \u017eute kreme i stavite nekoliko sati da se hladi.<br \/>\nSlatko vrhnje umutite u \u0161lag.
