Pomesati i ostaviti da nadodje.<br \/>\nKada je smjesa nadosla, pomesati sa ostalim sastojcima uz stalno mjesanje i uz postepeno dodavanje brasna. Zamjesiti testo da bude mekoce kao za pitu. Ostaviti na toplo da nadodje, povremeno mjesajuci da se stvore mjehurici vazduha.<\/p>\n<p>Nadoslo testo izruciti na povrsinu koju ste ranije malo namazali uljem. I gornju stranu testa namazati uljem i razviti oklagijom debljine od 1 cm. Ovako namnazano tjesto prilikom pecenja ce manje upijati ulja.<br \/>\nTjesto seci na zeljene oblike, vaditi krugove casom, romboidne, kocke, ketvorougaone, \u2026 , i peci u vrelom ulju.<br \/>\nLokume mozete posluziti uz bjeli sir, med, dzem, nutelom ili po vasoj volji.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje:<br \/>\nLokumi su pogodni za dorucak ili vjeceru.<br \/>\nAko ih radite za dorucak, tjesto mozete napraviti jednu noc ranije i cuvati u hladnjaku.
