Ako tijesto radite s Garant instant kvascem, po\u010divanje radi dizanja tijesta nije potrebno. Ako radite sa obi\u010dnim suhim kvascem ili pak sa svje\u017eim, potrebno je tijesto ostaviti da po\u010diva 30 min. Ako nemate volje ili vremena raditi kod ku\u0107e dizano tijesto mo\u017eete ovo napraviti i sa gotovim kupovnim tijestom za pizze \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Za umak od mljevenog mesa, pirjati na malo ulja sitno sjeckan luk i papriku, dodati tada meso, promije\u0161ati i popr\u017eiti ga dok ne promijeni boju. Tada dodati vino, sol i papar i ostale za\u010dine, pa pirjati dok teku\u0107ina ne ispari. Tada dodati pelate i 150 ml vode pa pirjati opet uz povremeno mije\u0161anje dok sva teku\u0107ina ne ispari.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon toga podijeliti dizano tijesto na 5 manjih dijelova, svaki dio razvaljati duguljasto, premazati sa dvije \u017elice mesnog nadjeva, rubove zavrnuti prema unutra (vidi sliku), a na vrhovima spojiti i uvrnuti kako bi se dobio oblik \u010damca. Posipati ribanim sirom (trapist, gouda, ka\u010dkavalj), rubove premazati razmu\u0107enim jajetom te pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici na 200*C 20 minuta.<br \/>\nPoslu\u017eiti i u\u017eivati u svakom zalogaju.
