Bra\u0161no,margarin,\u017eumanca i \u0161e\u0107er pome\u0161amo u glatku masu.Belanca sa prstohvatom soli<br \/>\numutimo u \u010dvrst \u0161ne i lagano dodajemo ostatku mase.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pek papir oko 5 kom ise\u010demo na veli\u010dinu tepsije(unutra\u0161nji promer tepsije 37x33cm).Na<br \/>\npek papir izru\u010dimo oko 5 supenih ka\u0161ika mase i rasporedimo masu ravnomerno po papiru<br \/>\n(debljina kao pala\u010dinka).Ukoliko imate ravnalicu za fondan, kuhinjsku \u0161paklu upotrebite<\/p>\n<p>njih za ravnomerno raspore\u0111ivanje mase ukoliko ne uzmite par\u010de \u0161irokog \u010dvrstog<br \/>\nkartona.Kod ravnomernog \u0161irenja mase naj bitnija je brzina jer u suprotnom pek papir<br \/>\nse nabira i na tim mestima kora \u0107e pu\u0107i kod pe\u010denja, to nije veliki problem po\u0161to se<br \/>\nrolat pravi od nekoliko kora pa se to ne\u0107e videti ali iz prakti\u010dnih razloga lak\u0161e je ako je<br \/>\nkora ucelo.<\/p>\n<p>3. Testo sa pek papirom prebacimo u tepsiju i pe\u010demo u unapred zagrejanoj rerni od 3-5<br \/>\nmin(zavisi od rerne).Kora mora ostati skroz svetla kao u presnom stanju, u toku pe\u010denja<\/p>\n<p>nakon oko 3min proverite da li se testo lepi za prst ako ne kora je gotova.Ukoliko ivice<br \/>\npromene boju na svetlo sme\u0111e-zlatno morate ih izrezati jer su presu\u0161ene pa \u0107e se<br \/>\nlomiti.<\/p>\n<p>4. Kore zajedno sa papirom re\u0111ajte jednu na drugu i prekrite kuhinjskom krpom dok<br \/>\nspremite fil.\u010cokoladu otopimo na pari zajedno sa mlekom i uljem.Tako\u0111e se koriste i<br \/>\nvo\u0107ni premazi u ubliku otopljene marmelade ili gana\u0161 krema sa belom \u010dokoladom i<br \/>\nvo\u0107em.Svaku koru prema\u017eemo tanko \u010dokoladom i pa\u017eljivo je uvijemo u \u010dvrst rolat.<\/p>\n<p>5. Rolat prebacujemo na slede\u0107u premazanu koru pa sve zajedno uvijamo u rolat dok ne<br \/>\nutro\u0161imo sve kore.<\/p>\n<p>6.
