Ostavite na toplo da se kvasac aktivira<br \/>\nPomesajte suve sastojke ( brasno, so ), i sa nadoslim kvascem i ostatkom mlake vode izmesajte mekano testo, koje se lepi. ( elektricnim mikserom sa nastavcima za testo ili varljacom ), prekrijte posudu sa testom i otsavite na toplom da stoji 1do jedan ipo sat. Ako zelite vise supljikav kruh sa varjacom izmesati jos jednom i neka stoji kratko.<\/p>\n<p>Radnu povrsinu pospite bogato sa brasnom, testo sa varjacom istresite na brasno i sve krajeve presavijte ka unutra a zatim uvijte u veknu ( strudla\/Rolat ), prebacite testo u nauljeni pleh i neka stoji dok se rerna grije. Zarezite nozom 3-4 reza.<\/p>\n<p>Na dno rerne stavite jednu plicu posudu u kojoj ste nalili vrele vode ali ne do vrha.U zagrejanu rernu pecite kruh zajedno sa vodom 10 min a zatim izvadite posudu sa vodom i nastavite kruh peci dok nepoprimi rumenu boju, ca 20 minuta.
