Dodati suvi kvasac i sve jos jednom promesati ili, ako radite sa svezim kvascem, prethodno ga potopiti u malo toplog mleka sa kasicicom secera i ostaviti da se aktivira.<br \/>\nU ciniju sa brasnom dodati jaja, belance, ulje i na kraju naliti toplo mleko te umesiti mekano testo. Ostaviti ga na toplom mestu da se udvostruci.<\/p>\n<p>Radnu povrsinu blago posuti brasnom, istresti nadoslo testo, lagano ga premesiti a zatim podeliti na 30-ak delova. Svaki komadic testa oblikovati u lopticu i sloziti na radnu povrsinu.<br \/>\nUzeti jednu lopticu, oklagijom je razviti po duzini a zatim urolati u kiflicu.
