Krema se relativno brzo zgusne te ju nije potrebno dugo kuhati, cca. 2-3 min.<\/p>\n<p>Kuhanu kremu podijeliti na dva dijela. U jedan dio umije\u0161ati natrganu \u010dokoladu i mije\u0161ati energi\u010dno da se \u010dokolada otopi a u drugi dio dodati bijelu \u010dokoladu pa tako\u0111er dobro promije\u0161ati.<br \/>\nNa dno kalupa za torte slo\u017eiti pi\u0161kote umo\u010dene u mlijeko ili pettit kekse pa odmah premazati prvo tamnom a potom i bijelom kremom.
