{"id":11810,"date":"2022-03-10T11:34:23","date_gmt":"2022-03-10T11:34:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=11810"},"modified":"2025-08-23T09:15:00","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T07:15:00","slug":"genijalan-recept-za-cupavce-a-dosta-ih-dodje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=11810","title":{"rendered":"GENIJALAN RECEPT ZA \u010cUPAVCE A DOSTA IH DO\u0110E"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JEDAN SAVJET:kuhajte srcem volite ono sto radite,neka vam kuhanje pricinjaje zadovoljstvo,to je glavni uslov da bi bili dobar kuhar a vasa jela bila izvrsna<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit:<br \/>\n2 kom jaja<br \/>\n6 dag \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n6 dag bra\u0161na<br \/>\nna vrh no\u017ea pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\npola \u017elice vode (+ mo\u017ee malo ulja)<\/p>\n<p>Krema:<br \/>\n2 kom jaja<br \/>\n10 dag \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n10 dag \u010dokolade<br \/>\n20 dag maslaca (ili margarina)<\/p>\n<p>Za umakanje:<br \/>\n2 dcl mlijeka<br \/>\n20 dag \u010dokolade<br \/>\n10 dag \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n15 dag maslaca (ili margarina)<br \/>\n20 dag kokosovog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<\/p>\n<p>Peku se dva ovakva biskvita.<br \/>\nMiksati bjelanjke da dobijemo \u010dvrsti snijeg, dodati \u0161e\u0107er, \u017eutanjak, bra\u0161no s pra\u0161kom za pecivo, vodu (i malo ulja, manje nego vode).<br \/>\nBiskvit pe\u010di na velikom limu oblo\u017eenom papirom za pe\u010denje. Tijesto se nama\u017ee na papir i pe\u010de na 170*C oko 10 \u2013 15 min. (ovisi o pe\u0107nici, biskvit se ne smije presu\u0161iti jer se onda ne mo\u017ee rolati!)<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu miksati na pari 2 cijela jaja i \u0161e\u0107er. Kad postane pjenasto i kremasto (nakon cca 10-15 minuta) dodati \u010dokoladu natrganu na kockice. Maknuti s pare i mije\u0161ati dok se \u010dokolada ne otopi. U ohla\u0111enu kremu dodati izra\u0111eni maslac.<\/p>\n<p>Na svaki biskvit namazati pola kreme. Izrezati ih na trake cca 3 cm \u0161iroke. Malo zarolati i odrezati no\u017eem (tako da dobijete male roladice), i tako sve do kraja.<br \/>\nOvako izgledaju rolice prije umakanja i valjanja u kokos. Ne trebate se zamarati ako vam malo curi krema iz rolice ili vam negdje pukne biskvit, sve \u0107e se to zakamuflirati s kokosom.<br \/>\nProkuhati mlijeko, \u010dokoladu, \u0161e\u0107er i maslac. Maknuti s vatre i mije\u0161ati dok se sve lijepo ne izjedna\u010di i malo prohladi kako bi se lijepo (u \u0161to debljem sloju) uhvatilo za biskvit.<br \/>\nEh, sad ste ve\u0107 na konju. Slijedi najlak\u0161i dio. Rolice umakati u \u010dokoladu pa uvaljati u kokos, i va\u0161i fini \u010dupavci su gotovi. Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nSigurna sam da \u0107ete ovim \u010dupavcima odu\u0161eviti sve koji \u0107e ih probati \ufffd\ufffd \u2026 i izgledom i okusom.<br \/>\nVeli\u010dina pleha u kojem pe\u010dem biskvite je 30 x 40 cm.
