Sve dodati mljevenom mesu. Ulupati jaje i dodati u smjesu. Dodati i 2 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na, so biber i mje\u0161avinu za\u010dina. Sve fino izmije\u0161ati da se masa ujedna\u010di.<br \/>\nOblikovati \u0111ulbastije, kao pljeskavice\u2026<\/p>\n<p>i pr\u017eiti ih u dobro zagrijanom ulju. Nije cilj da se potpuno ispr\u017ee, nego samo da uhvate finu koricu sa obje strane.<br \/>\nPr\u017eene \u0111ulbastije slagati jednu do druge u vatrostalnu posudu ili pleh!Be\u0161amel- na ulje u kojem se pr\u017eilo meso dodati komadi\u0107 putera. Staviti 2-3 pune ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na i mije\u0161ati da se ne stvore grudvice. Sipati mlijeko mije\u0161aju\u0107i svo vrijeme.
