Dodajte bra\u0161no, pospite \u017eli\u010dicom pra\u0161ka za pecivo pa \u017elicom dobro izmje\u0161ajte sa sirom.<\/p>\n<p>Zagrijte u manjem loncu ulje. Kad se ulje dobro zagrijalo malo smanjite temperaturu. Umo\u010dite veliku \u017elicu u dobro zagrijano ulje pa uzimajte oko pola dobre \u017elice tijesta. Spustite u vrelo ulje, u\u0161tipak \u0107e spasti sa \u017elice na dno pa \u0107e isplivati.<br \/>\nStavljajte koliko stane u\u0161tipaka u jednom sloju da se mogu okretati tijekom pr\u017eenja.<\/p>\n<p>Neki u\u0161tipci \u0107e se sami okrenuti, a ostale vi okrenite vilicom. Neki \u0107e se i vi\u0161e puta sami okrenuti. Pr\u017eite ih dok se ne napuhnu i dobiju lijepu zlatnu boju. Stavite u posudu ili na tanjur s upijaju\u0107im papirom da se ocijede od vi\u0161ka masno\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nMogu se poslu\u017eiti i kao prilog uz neko meso ili saft.<br \/>\nMama nikada nije vagala sastojke ve\u0107 sve od oka. Imala sam doma kupljenog sira s vrhnjem i odvagala sastojke da zapi\u0161em recept.
