Kratko ih prokuvati u posoljenoj vodi, svega par minuta, i staviti pod hladnu vodu zatim i ocediti od suvisne tecnosti\u2026 Izmesati sitni rikota sir sa jednim jajetom i nasecenom gorgonzolom, pobiberiti i zaciniti vegetom\u2026 pa napuniti ovom smesom paprike do pola. Zatim u svaku papriku polupati jedno jaje (videti sliku)<br \/>\npo zelji na jaja staviti malo vegete, pa prekriti preostalim nadevom od sira.<br \/>\npaprike poredjati u nauljenu tepsiju, ako ih pre toga vec niste poslagali, i pecite na 200 stepeni oko pola sata ili duze, zavisi od rerne, bitno je samo da vam se jaje unutra lepo ispece\u2026<\/p>\n<p>POSLUZIVANJE<br \/>\nJa sam imala 7 paprike, jel mi vise ne bi stalo u tepsiju jer se paprike peku u uspravnom polozaju.
