Prekrijte zdjelu prijanjaju\u0107om folijom i ostavite na toplom mjesto da se duplo digne; dovoljno je ispod posude s tijestom staviti manju posudu s toplom vodom.<br \/>\nNa pobra\u0161njenoj radnoj podlozi, razvaljajte tijesto debljine oko 8-10 mm, nare\u017eite kota\u010di\u0107em na kvadri\u0107e veli\u010dine 8\u00d710 cm (ili manje) i pustite ih pokrivene kuhinjskom krpom 10 minuta<\/p>\n<p>U srednje velikoj tavi ugrijte ulje i popecite puhance tako da svaki stavite u ulje prvo na stranu koja je na radnoj povr\u0161ini bila okrenuta prema gore (na ovaj na\u010din se napuhnu). \u010cim prestanu cvr\u010dati okrenite ih na drugu stranu i opet popecite do lijepe zlatno-\u017eute boje.<br \/>\nIzvadite ih \u0161upljikavom \u017elicom na kuhinjski papir da se upije vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nPuhance poslu\u017eite tople.<\/p>\n<p>Savjet: U ovo tijesto mo\u017eete dodati i nasjeckane 4 mlade ljutike ili luka (zeleni i bijeli dio).
