Crni i beli luk o\u010distite i isecite na kolutove, zajedno sa zelenim delom. \u0160argarepu i tikvicu o\u010distite i isecite na kockice. Belo pile\u0107e meso tako\u0111e. Kada krompir bude omek\u0161ao, zna\u010di da je i pirina\u010d ve\u0107 skuvan, otklopite tiganj, isklju\u010dite ringlu i ostavite \u0111uve\u010d da se dokr\u010dka i uhvati tanku koricu odozgo.<\/p>\n<p>Trebalo bi da ispod korice \u0111uve\u010d ostane so\u010dan, nikako suv i bez te\u010dnosti pa obratite pa\u017enju na to i dolivajte po malo vode povremeno dok se bude kuvao.
