sve dobro izmije\u0161ati.<br \/>\nDodati kakao i ponovo izmije\u0161ati.<br \/>\nLim za pe\u010denje (unutarnje mjere 35\u00d722 cm, visoki) premazati maslacem i posuti bra\u0161nom.<br \/>\nIzliti pripremljenu smjesu i ravnomjerno ju rasporediti.<br \/>\nStaviti pe\u0107i u prethodno zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva 15 minuta.<br \/>\nIzvaditi iz pe\u0107nice.<\/p>\n<p>Krema:<br \/>\nU sok od kompota dodati vode kako bi se ukupno dobila 1 litra teku\u0107ine.<br \/>\nOd ukupne koli\u010dine izdvojiti koliko je potrebno da se razmuti puding.<br \/>\nStaviti kuhati.<br \/>\nDodati \u0161e\u0107er i razmu\u0107eni puding i nastaviti kuhati uz stalno mije\u0161anje.<br \/>\nSmjesa je gotova kada postane \u017eelatinasta \u2013 od ru\u017ei\u010daste tijekom kuhanja postane tamno crvena, prozirna, \u017eelatinasta.<br \/>\nDodati ocije\u0111ene vi\u0161nje i lagano promije\u0161ati.<br \/>\nPe\u010deni biskvit nakapamo s prethodno odvojeni sokom i likerom.<br \/>\nIzlijemo prethodno napravljenu smjesu s vi\u0161njama i ravnomjerno rasporedimo.<br \/>\nKola\u010d ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi, 30-60 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160lag:<br \/>\nVrhnje za \u0161lag izliti u posudu za mije\u0161anje i mije\u0161ati elektri\u010dnom mje\u0161alicom.<br \/>\nNakon 20-30 sekundi mije\u0161anja, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i u\u010dvr\u0161\u0107iva\u010de za \u0161lag i do kraja
