{"id":11351,"date":"2022-02-18T08:09:04","date_gmt":"2022-02-18T08:09:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=11351"},"modified":"2022-02-18T08:09:04","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T08:09:04","slug":"ruska-salata-torta-bas-za-posebne-prilike","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=11351","title":{"rendered":"RUSKA SALATA: TORTA BA\u0160 ZA POSEBNE PRILIKE\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Iako spada u klasi\u010dne torte sa orasima, puterom i jajima, nije prejaka jer je bez \u010dokolade, pa se uvek \u201crepetiralo\u201d (kako smo se mi zezali za repete), odnosno tra\u017eilo se obavezno jo\u0161 jedno par\u010de\u2026<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI<br \/>\nSastojci za 3 kore:<br \/>\n12 belanca<br \/>\n12 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n6 \u017eumanca<br \/>\n6 ka\u0161ika oraha<br \/>\n6 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<\/p>\n<p>ZA FIL<br \/>\n750 ml mleka<br \/>\n6 \u017eumanca<br \/>\n6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 kesice vanil-\u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n250 gr putera<br \/>\n250 gr prah \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 gr seckanih oraha<br \/>\n100 gr seckanih urmi<br \/>\n100 gr seckanih \u017eele bombona<br \/>\n100 gr suvog gro\u017e\u0111a<\/p>\n<p>RUSKA SALATA PRIPREMA<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti dobro 4 belanceta sa 4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era, dodati (jedno po jedno) 2 \u017eumanceta i jo\u0161 malo mutiti.<br \/>\nU umu\u0107enu masu lagano ka\u0161ikom dodavati 1\/3 pome\u0161anog bra\u0161no sa orasima i blagim prevrtanjem varja\u010dom lepo sjediniti.<br \/>\nSipati koru na peki papir u okrugli pleh pre\u010dnika 28 cm, pa pe\u0107i na temperaturi od 180\u00b0C tridesetak minuta.<br \/>\nPe\u010denu koru zajedno sa papirom izru\u010diti iz pleha i ostaviti da se hladi. Umutiti i ispe\u0107i i ostale dve kore.<\/p>\n<p>Staviti da provri 600 ml mleka. Umutiti \u017eumanca, \u0161e\u0107er, vanil-\u0161e\u0107er, bra\u0161no i preostalih 150 ml mleka, pa pa\u017eljivo sipati u mleko koje je provrilo i koje smo sklonili sa vatre. Prome\u0161ati, pa vratiti na vatru da baci dva-tri klju\u010da. Skloniti sa vatre i prohladiti.<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti penasto puter i prah \u0161e\u0107er, pa ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku dodavati u ohla\u0111en krem.<br \/>\nSve lepo sjediniti mikserom. Odvojiti tre\u0107inu krema za premazivanje torte spolja.<br \/>\nU ostatak dodati sitno seckane \u017eele bombone i suvo vo\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Prve dve kore premazati \u0161arenim nadevom, a tre\u0107u ostavljenim delom krema. Istim kremom premazati i stranice.<\/p>\n<p>Ostaviti na hladnom preko no\u0107i da se svi sastojci sjedine. Dekorisati po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam je posula mlevenim orasima, nekako mi uz nju ide retro izgled.
