Uz mali trik postaje jo\u0161 mek\u0161a a uz pomo\u0107 jogurta jo\u0161 ukusnija.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<br \/>\n600 \u2013 650 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n250 ml toplog mleka<br \/>\n1 kesica suvog kvasca<br \/>\n2 ravne supene ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 supene ka\u0161ike ulja<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n1\/5 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<br \/>\n70 g putera, margarina<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica tajnog sastojka<\/p>\n<p>Za preliv<br \/>\n1 \u017eumnce<br \/>\noko 50 ml jogurta<br \/>\nmalo susama za posipanje<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>U malo mleko dodati kvasac, 2 ravne ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era i ka\u0161iku bra\u0161na. Prome\u0161ati i sa\u010dekati par minuta da se kvasac aktivira.<br \/>\nKad se aktivirao dodajte jaje, ulje i poome\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nSo dodajte u bra\u0161noi prome\u0161ati, a zatim postepeno dodajte bra\u0161no u smesu sa kvascem.<\/p>\n<p>Tajni sastojak da testo bude jo\u0161 bolje je da u smesu dodate ka\u0161iku sir\u0107eta.<br \/>\nOno se ne\u0107e ose\u0107ati ali \u0107e dati rastresitost i puno\u0107u testu.
