Pa krenimo ?<\/p>\n<p>Prvo kuhamo kremu : od mlijeka izdvojimo 200 ml, ostatak ugrijemo zajedno sa bronhi bombonima, bijelom \u010dokoladom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/p>\n<p>Mije\u0161amo dok se sve ne istopi, zatim zakuhamo kremu sa \u0161krobnim i o\u0161trim bra\u0161nom koje smo razmutili u onih 200ml mlijeka.<\/p>\n<p>Bit \u0107e vam lak\u0161e ako prije toga lagano ugrijete to mlijeko u MW (tek toliko da bude mlako).<\/p>\n<p>Skuhati gustu kremu, prebaciti u drugu posudu, prekriti povr\u0161inu kreme prozirnom folijom i lagano rukom pritisnuti ; dobro ohladiti.<\/p>\n<p>Za biskvit prvo oblo\u017eiti lim papirom za pe\u010denje. Istu\u0107i \u010dvrst snijeg od bjelanaca sa malo soli, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i tu\u0107i dok ne postane jo\u0161 \u010dvr\u0161\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim dodati dva puta prosijano o\u0161tro i \u0161krobno bra\u0161no sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo \u2013 izmije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom dok se ne ujedna\u010di sa snijegom.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju laganim mlazom uliti ulje te dodati ocat i aroma ruma ; kuha\u010dom lagano izmije\u0161ati te odmah masu razmazati \u0161patulicom po papiru.<\/p>\n<p>Staviti pe\u0107i u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 150*C \u2013 paziti da kore ostanu svijetle! Ponoviti postupak sa jo\u0161 jednom bijelom korom.<\/p>\n<p>U tre\u0107u koru dodati kakao prosijan zajedno sa ostalim pra\u0161kastim sastojcima \u2013 dalje sve isto.<\/p>\n<p>Sa obje bijele kore pa\u017eljivo skinuti papir, prvu staviti na pladanj na kojem \u0107ete raditi kola\u010d a drugu na neku dasku.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim istopiti \u010dokoladnu glazuru za premaz (u MW ili na pari) \u2013 preliti preko obje kore, ostaviti da se ohladi i o\u010dvrsne (ja stavim u zamrziva\u010d na kratko).<\/p>\n<p>Pjenasto izmiksati maslac, posebno izmutiti slatko vrhnje i dobro izraditi mikserom samu kremu.<\/p>\n<p>Prvo umiksati razra\u0111eni maslac u nju, potom tu\u010deno slatko vrhnje. Umiksati otopljenu \u017eelatinu, podijeliti u 3 jednake zdjelice i u tre\u0107inu umiksati istopljenu \u010dokoladu.<\/p>\n<p>Mazati bijelu kremu na bijeli biskvit s glazurom (zagladite povr\u0161inu kreme sa \u0161patulicom uronjenom u vrelu vodu), lagano na to pritisnite tamni biskvit i prema\u017eite tamnom kremom, potom obje ruke polo\u017eite ispod bijele kore s \u010dokoladnom glazurom, stavite je na kola\u010d i lagano dlanovima pritisnite.<\/p>\n<p>Nema veze ako se malo umrljate \u010dokoladom, ne\u0107e se to ni primijetiti kasnije ? Premazati ostatkom bijele kreme, zagladiti povr\u0161inu i staviti kola\u010d u hladnjak preko no\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Sutradan rastopiti sve sastojke za \u010doko glazuru (u MW ili na pari) i preliti preko kola\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Brzo razmazati i primiti pladanj sa obje ruke te ga lagano protresti, tj. par puta lupnuti o stol da se glazura ravnomjerno rasporedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010du ne\u0107e biti ni\u0161ta jer je on prethodno o\u010dvrsnuo u hladnjaku. To je jako bitno\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Vratiti kola\u010d u hladnjak i ve\u0107 za cca 30 minuta mo\u017eete rezati kocke vrelim no\u017eem.
