Dodati skoro svo ulje, so i belanca i \u017eumance.<\/p>\n<p>Dodavati bra\u0161no sve dok testo ne postane dovoljno gusto da mo\u017ee da se lepo umesi.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju me\u0161enja nama je ostalo oko 50 gr bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>Testo treba da je mekano i pomalo lepljivo za ruke.<\/p>\n<p>Preliti ga sa preostalim uljem, okrenuti, ivice ubaciti u sredinu, pa opet okrenuti, prekriti krpom i ostaviti na toplom mestu sat vremena ( mo\u017ee i du\u017ee ) da odstoji.<\/p>\n<p>Nado\u0161lo testo premesiti na radnoj povr\u0161ini uz pomo\u0107 preostalog bra\u0161na ( ne sve ) pospite toliko da se testo ne zalepi za povr\u0161inu na kojoj mesite.<\/p>\n<p>Podeliti testo na onoliko delova koliko \u017eelite, pa oblikovati loptice koje prekrijemo krpom kako se ne bi su\u0161ile.<\/p>\n<p>Svaku kuglicu razvu\u0107i gore \u2013 dole oklagijom.<\/p>\n<p>Prebaciti na pek papir u plehu u kojem \u0107e ce pe\u0107i pa ivice testa saviti ka unutra 1cm, a krajeve testa stisnuti ( kao vrh \u010damca ).<\/p>\n<p>U sredinu staviti fil po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>Preostlao \u017eumance umutiti sa mlekom pa premazati ivice.
