Dodajte bra\u0161no i opet umutite. Zatim otopite tamnu \u010dokoladu, mleko i puter. Dodajte \u010dokoladu u smesu sa bra\u0161nom i opet umutite. Zatim belenca umutite sa 45 g \u0161e\u0107era. I belanca dodajte u sada \u010dokoladnu smesu. Sipajte smesu u kalup pre\u010dnika 20 cm i pecite na 180\u00b0C 25 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Fil od tamne \u010dokolade:<\/p>\n<p>Otopite \u010dokoladu sa mlekom i \u017eumancima. \u017delatin pome\u0161ajte sa mlekom i ostavite 15 minuta po strani. Dodajte \u017eelatin u \u010dokoladu koja se topi i prome\u0161ajte. Zatim umutite slatku pavlaku. Dodajte \u010dokoladu u \u0161lag i prome\u0161ajte. Sipajte po kori i rasporedite, pa ostavite u fri\u017eideru 20 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Fil od mle\u010dne \u010dokolade:<\/p>\n<p>Mleko, \u010dokoladu, \u0161e\u0107er i \u017eumanca otopite. \u017delatin pome\u0161ajte sa vodom. Ostavite po strani 15 minuta, pa zatim dodajte u otopljenu \u010dokoladu i prome\u0161ajte. Umutite slatku pavlaku i dodajte \u010dokoladu. Zatim jo\u0161 malo umutite. Sipajte preko fila od tamne \u010dokolade i ostavite u fri\u017eideru 20 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Fil od bele \u010dokolade:<\/p>\n<p>Pome\u0161ajte mleko, belu \u010dokoladu, \u017eelatin (koji ste napravili kao u prethodnim). Dodajte u umu\u0107enu slatku pavlaku i prome\u0161ajte. Sipajte preko fila od mle\u010dne \u010dokolade i ostavite u fri\u017eideru 20 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladna glazura:<\/p>\n<p>Pome\u0161ajte \u017eelatin sa vodom. U \u0161erpu sipajte \u010dokoladu, belu \u010dokoladu, slatku pavlaku i \u017eelatin, pa otopite. Prelijte preko fila od bele \u010dokolade, pa lepo rasporedite.
