{"id":11101,"date":"2022-02-09T09:00:32","date_gmt":"2022-02-09T09:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=11101"},"modified":"2022-02-09T09:00:32","modified_gmt":"2022-02-09T09:00:32","slug":"nepecena-torta-od-narandze-i-turskog-keksa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=11101","title":{"rendered":"NEPE\u010cENA TORTA OD NARAND\u017dE I TURSKOG KEKSA\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Odli\u010dna kombinacija keksa sa kakao punjenjem, koji smo premazali \u010dokoladom i fila sa ukusom narand\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<\/p>\n<p>4 zrele narand\u017ee, \u010dak i malo mek\u0161e jer one imaju vi\u0161e sok, ili 5 ukoliko imaju manje<br \/>\n400 ml mleka<br \/>\n200 gr krostal \u0161e\u0107era + 4 ka\u0161ike<br \/>\n2 pudinga sa ukusom vanile<br \/>\n200 gr margarina<br \/>\n100 gr \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n150 gr \u010dokolade<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike ulja<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike mleka<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161:<\/p>\n<p>1 pakovanje od 300 gr turskog keksa<br \/>\n250 ml slatke pavlake<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Na vatru staviti iscedjene narand\u017ee kojima smo dodali 200 gr \u0161e\u0107era i sa\u010dekati da provri, a zatim dodati 200 ml mleka i opet sa\u010dekati da provri.<\/p>\n<p>Dok \u010dekamo, a brzo \u0107e pripremiti puding. U preostalo mleko dodati puding i one 4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107er i sjediniti.<\/p>\n<p>Zakuvati razmu\u0107en puding i me\u0161ati dok se ne zgusne. Skloniti sa vatre, prekriti folijom direktno na puding i ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti margarin sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, pa u margarin dodati ohladjen puding i sve umutiti zajedno.<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti slatku pavlaku, kao za \u0161lag, ne pretvrdo pa dodati filu 2 \u2013 3 ka\u0161ike i opet umutiti. Podeliti turski keks na 4 jednaka dela.<\/p>\n<p>Na tacnu na koju \u010dete slagati keks staviti malo fila, onako ka\u0161i\u010dicom na vi\u0161e mesta samo bocnuti, da bi se turski keks za taj fil zalepio jer se keks na uma\u010de u mleko pa prvi red ho\u0107e da \u201c\u0161eta\u201d po tacni i te\u0161ko je fil pramzati.<\/p>\n<p>Ta koli\u010dina fila ba\u0161 neka bude providna. Poslagati prvi red. Otopiti \u010dokoladu sa uljem, dodati mleko i brzo izme\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>Tre\u0107inom \u010dokolade premazati sloj keksa i staviti u fri\u017eider 10 minuta, da se stegne. Zatim premazati sloj fila, pa tanko slatku pavlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Staviti drugi red keksa, \u010dokoladu, fil, slatku pavlaku pa trei red keksa, \u010dokoladu ( sad se ve\u0107 malo stegla, pa je malo zagrejati ), sa\u010dekati da se stegne na keksu, fil, slatku pavlaku i odgore \u010detvrti red keksa.<\/p>\n<p>Dekorisati po \u017eelji i ostaviti nekoliko sati tortu da keks otpusti i da se ukusi sjedine.
