{"id":11071,"date":"2022-02-08T09:50:55","date_gmt":"2022-02-08T09:50:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=11071"},"modified":"2022-02-08T09:50:55","modified_gmt":"2022-02-08T09:50:55","slug":"orah-karamel-torta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=11071","title":{"rendered":"ORAH \u2013 KARAMEL TORTA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Torta izvanrednog ukusa sa koricama od belanaca i oraha i dva fila, jednim od \u010dokolade i drugi sa ukusom karamele.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci za kore \u2013 preku se 4:<br \/>\n4 belanca ( sitnija ) ili 3 krupnija<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nna vrh ka\u0161i\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo ( 1 kesica na sve 4 korice )<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br \/>\n100 gr blendiranih oraha ( onda ima i sitnijih i krupnijih, a mogu se staviti i mleveni )<\/p>\n<p>Fil:<br \/>\n16 sitnijih ili 12 krupnih \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n200 gr kristal \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n200 gr crne \u010dokolade<br \/>\n200 gr margarina<br \/>\n150 gr blendiranih ili mlevenih oraha<\/p>\n<p>Fil II:<br \/>\n200 gr kristal \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n400 ml slatke pavlake<br \/>\n100 gr mlevenog keksa<br \/>\n50 gr margarina<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Najpre se pravi drugi fil.<\/p>\n<p>Na srednjoj vatri uz povremeno me\u0161anje otopiti \u0161e\u0107er. Paziti da ne zagori. Pored zagrevati slatku pavlaku ( 200 ml )<br \/>\nKada se istopi \u0161e\u0107er dodati margarin, zapeni\u0107e, pazite ruke i me\u0161ati da se i on otopi, a zatim naliti zagrejanu slatku pavlaku i me\u0161ati da se sjedini.<br \/>\nKad se sjedini kuvati jo\u0161 minut. Vide\u0107ete po\u010de\u0107e kao neke grudvice da se odvajaju, tada skloniti sa vatre i kroz metalnu sitnu re\u0161etku procediti u drugu posudu.<br \/>\nOstaviti procedjeno da se hladi i me\u0161ati, ukoliko se masno\u0107a odvaja izme\u0161ati energi\u010dno da se sjedini pa naliti 100 ml slatke pavlake i opet izme\u0161ati. Drugih 100 ml dodajete kasnije.<br \/>\nStaviti u zamrziva\u010d, pa pripremati kore.<\/p>\n<p>Ulupati belanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom u jaku penu pa dodati orahe, bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sjediniti.<br \/>\nIstresti u oblo\u017een pleh 26 cm ili 30 x 20 ( mo\u017ee i koji cm ve\u0107i ) i staviti da se pe\u010de dok ne dobije svetlo braon boju, nekih 15 minuta u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni. Da korica ostane mekana na dodir.<br \/>\nMo\u017ee se pe\u0107i u velikom plehu od rerne po 8 belanaca ( 6 krupnijih ) pa korica prese\u0107i na pola, tako skra\u0107ujemo vreme pe\u010denja.<br \/>\nPo\u0161to ispe\u010dete korice proverite fil u zamrziva\u010du. Prome\u0161ajte i ako je hladah izvadite ga u fri\u017eider.<\/p>\n<p>Za drugi tj prvi fil ulupati \u017eumanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom pa staviti na paru ( \u0161erpa sa \u017eumancima na ve\u0107u \u0161erpu u kojoj vri voda ) i kuvati oko 15 minuta.<br \/>\nDodati \u010dokoladu, me\u0161ati dok se ne otopi pa skloniti da se hladi.<br \/>\nKada bude mlako ulupati margarin sobne temperature pa mu dodati mlak krem i sve izmutiti.<br \/>\nZatim dodati i orahe.<\/p>\n<p>Filu iz fri\u017eidera doliti preostalih 100 ml slatke pavlake i mutiti mikserom.<br \/>\nNe\u0107e se potpuno umutiti kao \u0161lag bi\u0107e redje ali dodajete 100 gr mlevenoh keksa i to bude taman. Izme\u0161ate i filovi su gotovi.<br \/>\nNajbolje je staviti kesu u kalup u kojem ste pekli korice pa staviti prvu koru, karamel fil, pa \u010dokoladni. Ma\u017eete onaj koji vam je gu\u0161\u0107i prvi. druga kora, opet filovi i tako do kraja. Staviti preko no\u0107i u fri\u017eider.<br \/>\nFilovi su ne\u0161to mek\u0161i a kada torta preno\u0107i u fri\u017eideru filovi su fantasti\u010dno kremasti mekani, nisu tvrdi.<\/p>\n<p>Sutradan okrenuti na tacnu i dekorisati.
